Two roll mill

1.single motor, single outshaft, ratio gear transmission. 2.hardened gear box. 3.movable stock guide.

 

The rollers are made of alloyed iron, surface hardness is HS70±2. It is bored roller, can be heated or cooled by rotating joint at the end face. The roller has attached 2” flange rotary joint and rubber hose to inlet and outlet water.

The engine bed is welded by high grade section steel, then tempering treated to relief the stress and precision machined.

The bearings are sealed by labyrinth oil seals, with restrictor rings, to make sure no oil leakage.

Type of driving : Single motor, ZSY single output hardened surface reduction gearbox (Chinese famous brand), ratio gear transmission.

Electrical control: Main electrical components like contactors and air switches are Schneider. Others are Chinese famous brand.
