This system is suitable for all kinds of powdery type, sheet type, granular type material weighing and dosing automatically. It is mainly used in rubber industry in rubber compound mixing workshop for small chemical dosing and meet the requirements of several internal mixers to work together. Meanwhile this system is widely used in chemical industry, plastic, foodstuff and feed industries for material high accuracy dosing.

This system is composed of unpacking hopper, material flowing barrel, storage barrel, feeding device (spiral or electromagnetism shaking feeder), electronic batching scale, checking electronic scale, operating roller bed, transportation roller bed, bag filter dedusting controller and control system.

Operator puts the plastic bags onto the plastic batching baskets. The batching baskets will run automatically on the locating transportation roller bed, up and down veer roller bed, electronic batching scale and checking scale. When the chemicals are dosing, each batching basket will run automatically as per the requirement of technical formula and stop onto the corresponding electronic dosing scale, automatically deducting the tare, the feeders will feed the chemicals into the basket automatically according to the set formula. After dosing and passing the inspection of checking scale, all the basket will line on the locating roller bed. The operator can take the plastic bags out of the baskets and put the new empty bags onto the baskets. The system will come to the next working cycle.
